Oktoberfest is brewed as a traditional Marzen Lager using German malts, hops and yeast, giving it a strong malt flavor, a hint of bitterness and the smooth, lager finish German brewers perfected many years ago.

out cold wintER ALE
Winters in the Sawtooth Mountains are cold, dark, and long, and it is easy to understand Out Cold. Our winter ale is brewed to be malty and bold without being sweet. We add a hearty amount of molasses to add complexity and to balance out the hint of hops, all while finishing dry and crisp.
